Prime Minister and Justice Minister Alerted to Criminal Activity At Supreme Court of Canada

When Robert Stark learned that Supreme Court of Canada staff person Suzanne Sarrizan was committing a criminal offence by pretenting she was the Registrar of the Court when she was not the Registrar, contrary to section 131 (1) (a) of the Crimninal Code of Canada, (see November 26, 2012 post below) he decided to contact her boss and so he wrote to the Prime Minister of Canada, the Right Honourable Stephen Harper, and informed him and his Minister of Justice, Rob Nicholson, and the Clerk of the Canada's Privy Council, Wayne Wouters, that there was criminal activity going on at at the Supreme Court of Canada.  A reply has not yet been received.

Alleged Criminal Activity by Supreme Court of Canada staff persons

The following letter of response to Robert Stark's letter of September 26, 2012 was sent by Susanne Sarrazin on October 23, 2012, pretending that she was the Registrar of the Supreme Court of Canada when in fact, Rober Bilodeau, was the Registrar on that day and, on the day of this posting, remains the Registrar of the  Supremee Court of Canada.  We believe that for reasons that will be explained in due course, Ms. Sarrizan broke the law and committed a criminal offience contrary to section 130 of the Criminal Code of Canada that states "Everyone commits an offence who falsely represents himself to be a peace officer or a public officer".

The Registrar of the Supreme Court of Canada is a public officer and, according to investigations, Susanne Sarrizan was not the Registrar on October 23, 2012.
